Your academy dashboard just got a major upgrade

We’ve just completed the biggest platform upgrade since QualDashboard launched. Your courses, students, earnings and storefront are exactly where you left them, and there is nothing you need to do. This page is a quick tour of what’s changed and where to find things.

A fresh dashboard

The first thing you’ll notice is the new look. Your dashboard has been redesigned from the ground up: cleaner cards, clearer stats and a simpler left-hand menu. Everything you use day to day, including your Course Library and Storefront Banner, is still in the left menu.

Withdrawals, Settings and ProfileMoved

These now live under your profile picture in the top-right corner of the dashboard, rather than the left menu. Click your avatar to find Profile, Reviews, Withdrawals and Settings. Nothing about withdrawals themselves has changed: same balance, same 10-day availability hold, same payout methods.

Course bundlesNew

You can now sell several of your courses together as a bundle at a combined price. Head to My Courses and use the + New Bundle button next to + New Course. Students who buy a bundle are enrolled in every course inside it.

Pricing note: the platform fee applies to each course inside a bundle (£15 + 1.5% per course sold, as per the Terms & Conditions). Price your bundles with that in mind; the minimum bundle price is £16 per course included.

Duplicate a courseMoved

Duplicating a course isn’t new, but it has a new home. You’ll now find Duplicate in the ⋯ menu on any course card in My Courses. It works just as before: you get a full copy of the course to edit, and you should review the title, pricing and details before you publish the copy.

A better experience for your students

Your students get the upgrade too: a modern, distraction-free learning view on desktop and mobile. Their progress, enrolments and certificates all carried over automatically. Buying a course now goes course → basket → checkout, a familiar shop-style flow.

What hasn’t changed

  • Your pricing: the platform fee is still £15 + 1.5% per course sold.
  • Withdrawals: same balance, same 10-day availability hold, same payout methods.
  • Your storefront: same address, same branding, same student experience for joining your academy.
  • Your content: all courses, students, reviews and certificates came across untouched.
