Hi, I'm Lesley, founder of The Informed Therapist.
After years of working in the industry as a therapist, clinic owner, mentor and educator, I saw a common problem: many therapists leave training with qualifications but still lack the confidence and deeper understanding needed to truly thrive in the industry.
The Informed Therapist was created to change that and fill that void.
