Running your academy on QualDashboard
What is QualDashboard?
QualDashboard is a platform that gives training academies their own branded online academy: a storefront to sell courses, online theory and quizzes for learners, automatic certificates, and a dashboard to track enrolments and earnings.
How much does it cost?
Academy plans run from £25 per month (up to 10 courses) to £95 per month (unlimited courses). There is no setup fee and you can cancel anytime. On top of your plan, a flat £15 fee applies per sale, and the rest of the sale is yours.
Do I need to create my own courses?
No. You choose from a professionally built library of nationally recognised courses covering beauty, aesthetics and wellness topics, and add them to your storefront under your own brand. The number of courses you can list depends on your plan.
Can I use my own branding and pricing?
Yes. Your storefront carries your academy’s name, logo and branding, and you set your own course prices. Your students see your academy, not anyone else’s.
How do I get paid?
Sales are processed through your storefront’s built-in checkout. Your earnings, everything except the flat £15 per-order fee, accumulate in your academy balance and can be withdrawn to bank transfer or PayPal from as little as £10.
How do my students register?
Each academy has a unique registration link. Share it with your students and they’ll be registered directly to your academy. Students can only join through an academy link, which keeps your student list yours.
How does theory and assessment work?
Learners work through their theory modules online and sit auto-marked quizzes, with pass marks and attempt history recorded. That means they arrive at any practical session with the theory already done and tested.
Do learners receive certificates?
Yes. Digital certificates are issued automatically as soon as a learner completes their course, and can be downloaded from their account.
Studying with a partner academy
How do I enrol on a course?
You register through your training academy’s link and buy courses from their storefront. If you don’t have a link yet, tell us what you’d like to learn on our For Students page and we’ll connect you with the right academy.
Where do I log in and find my courses?
Log in at qualdashboard.co.uk/dashboard. All your courses, lessons, quiz results and certificates live in your account.
Can I study on my phone?
Yes. Your account and all course materials work on desktop, tablet and mobile, so you can study anywhere, anytime.
